Our Story
Expertise born in the field
ExaBuilding was born from over ten years of experience in Smart Building, building automation and KNX systems.
Over the course of many projects, one conviction became clear: the success of a smart building does not depend solely on the technologies used. It relies above all on a sound understanding of needs, a coherent architecture, well-controlled integration and the right skills.
It was with this in mind that ExaBuilding was founded: bringing together consulting, engineering, integration and training within a single approach to support projects from initial thinking through to implementation.
Today, ExaBuilding works on Smart Building projects by combining technical expertise, a global vision and an in-depth knowledge of real-world conditions.
Our Vision
Smart Building must be useful, scalable and well-controlled. We believe a smart building is not simply about accumulating technologies: it must meet real needs, improve building performance and offer simple, sustainable use. Our ambition is to develop this expertise in Tunisia and progressively internationally, supporting both projects and the professionals who design and deliver them.
